The goal of my practice is to create a safe space for healing, and assist you in the integration of your mind, body and spirit.

Your body has an amazing capacity for self-healing, and I support that process through a holistic approach to increasing your awareness of being in the body. I achieve this by educating and enabling you to take an active role in your own healing through muscle manipulation, massage and stretching, by working to release your 'stuck' spots, whether physical, emotional or energetic, and by freeing up Qi (universal life force) in your body.

I incorporate many styles and techniques that I have learned in over ten years of massage therapy practice. I studied first and second semesters at Lauterstein-Conway Massage School here in Austin, and I have been blessed with many great teachers and mentors in massage, aikido, yoga, qigong and energy work-all of whom have influenced my work.

I am a Massage Therapy Instructor for continuing education in Texas, a certified Sheng Zhen Qigong Instructor and a certified Yoga Instructor. My work has been described as energizing, heart-opening, healing, grounding and consciousness-raising. By bringing a grounded presence and inquisitive nature to our partnership in your healing, I hope to facilitate your return to wholeness.
